Received item damaged and did not get full refund. Threw it in the garbage. Could not wear it with missing pieces.

I received a necklace with 2 red stones that were not attached to the necklace. The store did not want to refund me my money. It was not my fault the necklace arrived broken and I couldn’t were it with 2 large red stones missing from the necklace Itl would look aweful . The store did not want to refund me my money l.was disappointed with the product quality and the store’s responsibility to honour their products quality and customer satisfaction.
