This is an open design, so you can hear your surroundings clearly. This may be good or bad. But it also means there's no bass.

The sound is clear. I use them for audiobooks in quiet surroundings, and for that they are very good. But maybe not for music.

The microphone is a weak point; occasionally people find it difficult to hear me, even in a low noise environment.

Good for the price, good sound.
