Definitely helps with hair growth, it takes about 2-3 weeks to see hair growth, after that it's easy. I can braid my hair after 3 months

I did cut off my hair over 7 months ago and you can clearly see that I need to trim the ends but the overall feel of my hair is much healthier. I also use CER-100 with is a game changer!I usually put this oil in my hair on wash day and leave it in for around 30 min to 2 hours (depends on the day) and then double wash my hair and condition. Feels much healthier using the oil before shampooing!
